They have thicker screws than a normal box.

Wait for it to dry and apply a second coat if needed.

NEXT,,,don a rain coat next time it is raining hard and stand there and look to see where gutters are leaking and where water is really running. 

With underlayment, people state what seems obvious -- that a thicker product will do a better job of deadening noise and perhaps of blocking moisture penetration through a concrete slab. 

I have rebuilt the walls and have coated with redguard (the pink paint), which acts as a waterproof membrane. 

They only did one coat when they were supposed to do two because I can see where the coverage isn’t great or uniform.

When I say trying to figure out cost I mean price per square for engineered floors or price per square to paint two coats wall and ceiling inside a house, etc.
