**** I sent out 3 network requests in my area with a similar message to the above- told me I was spamming?

None of these are on market deals - very occasionally - I typically have to spam neighborhoods with marketing (ddm, voicemails, letters, door knocking etc) that I'm interested in buying in.

Well, it seems in my area, all the wholesalers just spam text every owner with 50%+ equity NON STOP.It's really lame.

yes you can only compare them to new Ice vehicles not old spam cans  thats not a like comparison     And if I lived in LA there is no way I would drive anything but EV.. you get to jump in the commuter lane by yourself that alone is good enough reason.

I know most people HATE getting spam text messages.
