Apartment was completely repainted, new luxury vinyl woodgrain flooring put in throughout, window repairs, new light fixtures and other electrical repairs, new refrigerator.  

If they aren't paying the bills, what's stopping them from leaving the refrigerator doors open to cool the kitchen!

Also, if some of the units are missing refrigerator and stove, or one of the two, are the units still considered ‘livable/valid’ when it comes to financing?

What does the kitchen look like on the other side of the refrigerator?

In my area, large apartment complexes often replace working appliances and usually sell or depose of the older items, 50 to 100 refrigerators at once.

On the fourth day...Really like the new refrigerator!

I’m starting to like the idea of doing the HVAC system myself and maybe hiring out a refrigerant certified guy to prime the mini split etc.

Each tenant has their own room with a refrigerator in their room and they each share a bathroom and kitchen.

. - Kitchen stove/ refrigerator/ microwave/sink must be maintained clean without grease/stains when possible. - Toys, and other belongings on the Deck and lawn/patio/outdoor areas must be organized and not lay all around the property/yard.
