@Heather Loyal  that's too bad I was hoping for expansion and more platforms competing but for owners they don't have much info online.

@Mary Jay our company has a mantra, "if it's not in writing, it never happened".Send them emails ending with an open-ended question, that encourages them to respond - which is proof they received your email.

As an agent we encourage buying over renting and buying what you can a afford when you can afford it.  

His entire platform to politics, becoming a Mayor, than Senator, was in representing DEAD towns, dead and near dead markets who lost there industry basis and have been eviscerated and NOT come back. 

By doing so it will encourage them and that will benefit you and them.
