I know that I should let this thought go because outsourcing saves so much time and effort but every time I pull the report for how much we spend on direct mail marketing it blows me away.

There are companies now that will do this for you (such as www.petscreening.com), on an outsourced basis.

@Justin Frank The management of RV parks is similar to apartments, storage, or hotels, but cannot be as easily outsourced.

Are there options for outsourcing your direct mail program, when searching for SFR's? 

This is why I highly recommend outsourcing cold calling.

The property managers we work with all outsource repairs to independent companies.Ask, “Under what conditions do you contact me for prior approval before you make the repair?”

Especially because I would need to outsource the work (husband is deploying and I will be by myself with two kids) so finding the right property is absolutely crucial.

My goal is to outsource or hire the "$10/hr tasks" that I shouldn't be spending time on anymore such as:Pipeline and Lead Generation:- Identify potential properties to buy near existing job sites- Project research- Deal analysis- Connect and message agents, investors, appraisers, attorney's and fiduciaries on Social media- Reach out to press publications- Contact sheetsDevelopment and Construction:- Contacting utility companies to remove and start service - set appointments, etc- Contacting Los Angeles Building and Safety for documents, submissions, appointments, etc- Get bids from vendors- Schedule appointments with vendors and follow upDoes anyone have experience with this and what has your experience been once you've gotten to this point?
