Customer service from a support perspective matters of course, but no hang up or delays on investing would take place.

FW is (in my opinion) always going to be a safe place to invest in. 5. a real estate agent can help 

It is a great little city and overall I think it is a good place to live.  

I would make you rue the day you collected that $50K assignment fee, which rightfully belonged to my family member, and I probably have a good shot at figuring out some place where you screwed up, or misled. 

Their solution was for me to take over ownership of not one but five homes from Jeff's portfolio, all of which I had sold him and subsequently leased.Despite my being patently unfinanceable, the bank president placed a bet on me because I knew the homes, I knew the tenants, I knew what I was doing, and I was rabidly hungry.

I asked the question so I could make sure there weren't scenarios like this I wasn't considering.For context, I'm not talking about historical homes in places like Martha's Vineyard.

In my state, if I moved to evict it might take ~2 months to get them out and then several more weeks to have the next tenant in place.
