I have this covered parking spot attached to the garage and the back end collapsed and fell on the tenants truck.

My long-term tenants in a a town home have acquired 2 very large pick-up trucks and a sedan since signing a lease last April (it expires 4/30 this year).

If it is going to be my responsibility more often than not, would I be able to write off a new truck as a business expense?

It makes sense he's in front of me, if I get hit by the beer truck he gets the house.My question is this. 

I second the sentiments above and would add this:  if it has been operated as a rental for a long time and has not undergone an open-market sale or a substantial renovation during the previous decade(s) then you'll almost certainly be looking at some monster CapEx and repairs in the next decade. 

I live in Jacksonville, North Carolina; however, I currently drive throughout the US for a large transportation company as a truck-driver.Since I am rarely in a single location for more than a day at a time, Investing is challenging. 

I'd also call to see what the cost of a concrete truck delivery is for up there.

But we move on and we keep on trucking.

But when I bid at auction for trucks and equipment , I bid 1 time , thats it .

Is it the low or free service call or is it how nice their trucks are and where there HQ are located?
