Time to start making calls and knocking on doors.

So, we contacted the buyer with the more favorable lender and asked them to again lower the closing costs and they knocked off another $500 and we were under contract.

I tried Craigslist & that failed, i tried job boards but keep getting blocked from posting, ive tried drop cards, knocking on doors, bandit signs, mailers, even facebook isnt working, nothing is.

Do not knock it I know a family bought 8 of them from HELOC the entire family makes a living and they tripled in value last 7 years.

I snowball the highest rate, highest risk loans and knock  them out 1 by 1.

Consider the purchase, after knocking down about 10-15k.

I live in Loveland, CO so door knocking and driving for dollars isn't feasible. 

Put it this way, and this isn't to knock them in any way, I'm a broker in the Seattle area. 

The best deals are off market- directly from the sellers, and unless Zillow is going to be actively door-knocking, posting craigslist ads, ect, I cannot see them finding these great deals like wholesalers myself find.
