In the thread, some folks asked why I had decided to sell and I began to highlight some metrics that I was seeing in the STR market in BBL.

The city is going through a huge revitalization and folks are finally taking notice.

These folks are being asked to uproot their lives with 60 days' notice and all you can come up with is that they want to stay because they are under paying?

Love for investors / agents / marketing folks to weigh in.....Some software that I have tried demos on is the following:Podio, wise Agent, investorPO, contactually, fresh sales, pipe drive, HubSpot.... to name a few.

I'm guessing the recommendations from folks on here is going to be much much better than my local recommendations.

When you contact live and invest to see if they can help, they are nowhere to be found.One of the sales people for the Panama real estate told me Lief gets kick backs for every sale that comes from his live and invest folks like me (he claims he does all the due diligence for us to make sure it's a good investment) but he's probably just making a deal with these developers and ends up the winner and we end up the loser.

If you're looking to target a family with young kids or older folks then you may want to consider it a little more in depth as these people may need a tub.
