We would be spending about 13k with down-payment (3%) closing cost, and a fridge since the fridge is not included. 

The Garage door, fridge, AC unit, and a ceiling fan have all needed repairs.

Maybe a shared kitchen with mini fridge lockers or????  

The floor has unclipped from not wanting to float properly in front of my fridge.

I know just about everything that has been done to the house, every quirk it has, all the appliances in the house were bought from the appliance company i used to work st so i can reduce price on repairs on appliances since i literally built the fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

We had a big of an issue when my property manager didn't realize that I purchased our property which included fridges in all units.

At the time the majority were engineers on local jobs & many had a great living allowance/stipend so life was good & the fridge was always full.It paid off in spades & I never had to evict anyone, except for one sharing a room.

Fridge fell over, cupboard doors opened up, all the dishes and glasses we owned were now on the floor along with the fridge contents.

It's listed with appliances (stove and fridge), there are pictures of both. 

Fridge handles and kitchen hinges should not come off from regular use-well maybe one once, but not repeated items.
