If you're going to adjust the price due to the covid thing, think of a creative way to do that so you won't hinder your chances of a higher market rent in the future. ie, if normal rent is $1500 and you reduce it to $1200 to get it rented, how will you get it back to $1500 once the virus goes away?

Or if a tenant stops paying and you are unable to evict because of the current eviction moratoriums in place nationwide due to the Corona Virus.

It may be that we just have to continue living with the virus in the long run.

@Marcus Auerbach I believe college isn’t for me because I haven’t enjoyed it this may be because of the corona virus but I never had a passion for engineering and always assumed if I had a degree for engineering that’s what I’d be.
