My wife and I just bought a fully renovated 4 unit building in DC with plans to rent it out. I’ve listed it in several place’s but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting any traction. Keep in mind I am a rookie who did his research and got motivated by the bigger pockets podcast. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
