It can be as simple as one you download from the web and tweak on your own. 

In the files section there are property analysis spreadsheets for download.

Just out of curiosity, I did download the forms that BP offers for each state when it comes to rentals. 

One thing that would be really great would be if I could use Google Earth as a one stop shop, where I can download an overlay from crimegrade.org to see neighborhood crime rates, I could import MLS information (even just from Zillow or Redfin) to populate the home currently for sale, and recently sold, and also be able to overly FEMA flood zone maps. 

Also, since guests have to download the app any resistance on downloading the app?

I can only download something on their dashboard that says paid to the following.

Then I downloaded all those episodes, about 60 total, and I'm going in chronological order. 

If you don't have access to a broker just yet then Reonomy is the next best thing. it does cost around $500/mo least i checked and you can only download 500 leads per month but the data is rich and accurate and you can get super granular on what asset type you're looking for.

I tried downloading the bigger pockets app on my iPhone and I am not able to find it, anyone else having the same issue?
