My friends sister is a successful Doctor and bought the 40k hook line and sinker.

I have plenty of doctor clients but funny enough many don't want to own the medical offices.They want NNN leases turn key properties to invest because they are so busy.Many of my clients are surgeons so I guess that is why they are so busy with constant operations and want mailbox money only.Do a search on Amazon online.

The only doctors I have seen excited about Obomacare is preventative medicine type services will now be covered that were not before giving those doctor's business growth.

If you can get in good with a private lender (Doctor, Lawyer etc....) and you can develop a continued relationship with them, you wont lend a lending institution to lend you money.  

Many residential properties in good business locations can be modified and converted to insurance, doctor/denist offices, gift shops, rest/tea houses, used car dealerships, hair saloons, lounges/bars, not far from me is an appraisers office.

The worst part about it is that even if you're careful with not copying anything with personal information in it in public, your bank, insurance agency or doctor's office may not be . . .Wow!

Society needs dentists, engineers, and medical doctors of all sorts for example.
