Newbie Investor looking for advise
Hello Everyone.
I'm so fortunate to have found this site.
Well, Here is my situation. We recently purchased a 5 unit property in Schenectady, NY. The purchase was cash, so there is no debt or mortgage. The property is 85% occupied. One tenant was evicted last month. My question is; How do we go about using this property as collateral to purchase another property.
Which route should we choose; HEL,HELOC, Hard Money ,private lenders.
