For furnishing short- or mid-term rentals, finding the right balance between stuff that looks good, but which also offers solid durability and keeps your budget in check can be difficult.If your budget is your driving factor with your design decisions, I'd start surfing on Google image search or Pinterest - find a picture of a finished room that you like, and then reverse engineer it from products on Amazon and other similar budget-friendly sources.

Now many of the houses, especially 4/1 or 4/2 are renting for $2000+/mo and are selling for $100-175k depending on finishes. 

They are almost finished with the new SpaceX building already.

Then you could finish the foreclosure and many times the lender gets the property back because they are willing to bid the most or at least bluff that they are and scare off other bidders depending on how the process works where you are.

Focus on getting tenant to finish line and don’t worry about not happening.

We purchased another house and are finishing remodeling it and have about 20k left to spend to finish and move it (cabinets and countertops) and this will be our primary residence.
