I have a house that has one HVAC system, but two thermostats, one for upstairs one for downstairs.

There seems to be a few WIFI products that can detect water. 1 of them seemed to be able to link up to a nest thermostat ?

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost. 🎤 ⬇️ 

(IE "the a/c doesnt work" and it turns out the thermostat is set to heat mode).Lots of times you can non-renew tenants who are regularly late on payments as long as that policy is standard for all tenants.

Add rate limiting thermostats to the heat.

Also it's great as I integrate the nest thermostat and nest deadbolts as well so I can easily control them all within the app and also change codes etc.

I run the locks and the thermostat on it.
