All of that to say, the primary gaps in my team are the contractor/subcontractor slots.

I've had 5 companies come to give a bid on installing steel security doors and bars on my nice rental in a nice area.

I’d strip the paint from the doors to expose the Natural wood color (hopefully they are wood) and put up sturdy stainless steel apartment numbers.

I know Lorain used to have a big steel industry but it has been shrinking.

@Robert Steele It's not a "powerful bank" thing, it's a law thing......unjust enrichment, or something like that.  

Good opportunity to explain that they should get it and that your are not responsible for their losses if, for example, a break in happens.These documents go in a folder with a business card in the slot, so packet is professional and presentable at signing.  

I'm a huge fan of modern architecture and recently have been leaning heavily towards going the steel construction and stained cement floors route on these projects.  

I would suggest getting a stainless steel movable 2 tiered with butcher block or keep it plain stainless.
