Its been tough the past three weeks our infant was in childrens hospital with a life threatening bout of gastroenteritis and a severe upper respiratory infection along with pink eye and a double ear infection.

Overall the current economics of it sucks and land values have declined, which may make it a good time to enter.I understand that it would be capital intensive and it would not be a get rich quick scheme; but for me it would be very enjoyable being a miniature timber baron so to speak.

The pink Dots are Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) which are individual properties that are removed from the high-risk flood zone. 

Carter Baron your best bet is to pay a guru 20-40k to learn their system and hopefully they have one you can use (kidding don’t do this)Does BP have something like this in the marketplace ?
