Other than asking a real estate agent to run your comp, what do you consider the best resource for comps? And also can you indicate if it is for free or fee.  Thank you!

@Baron Hicklin. Agree with @Account Closed. Pay a third party to do the work. There are several reputable vendors out there that you can use.
