I have a tendency to see an income stream and want to monetize it.

As much as I love Keith (met him in person twice on investor trips), I think he has made a change to trying to monetize everything and collect referral fees wherever possible.  

In an effort to monetize as many leads as possible, I'd like to know how likely it is to get some listings from a traditional absentee, equity, tax delinquent list, etc.

I would deal with all of those losers screwing up my place, it would be a pleasure compared to buy and hold and waiting for 10 years to monetize your returns.
