The motion to vacate will likely be granted and you'll likely lose your deposit, but should get your balance back. 

Thanks @Grant Linhart for the information and perspective.I can imagine that Zillow might get out of sync with MLS, although that hasn't been my (admittedly quite limited) experience to date.

Granted, this data is skewed towards the high-end A-class properties but even on the lower end of things at least for now rents seem to be pretty stagnant.

Granted the zones will not be "A" locations but some of them seem to be fairly decent. 

Seeing as I'm just a cog in a wheel at the company I find it very unlikely they will grant a transfer.

Granted those both look smaller and sold 2 years ago, but would support a value closer to $266k than $390k.
