@Danny Weber I would always suggest doing a contract for any Joint Venture, especially if you haven't previously worked with the person.

Danny Day Since agents are 10x much better at everything that wholesalers do, agents do not have to fear wholesalers coming on their turf out doing them in this real estate business.
