Hey Aaron,I purchased a property in a gentrifying neighborhood in the winter in Cleveland.  

We are interested in the west side of Cleveland along with the western and southern suburbs.

They are headquartered here in Cleveland and I believe they do a lot with self-directed IRAs. 

What is it about Canton/Akron that caught your interest as opposed to Cleveland?

Does anyone know of a good contractor (looking for a mom and pop type place) in Cleveland for some work on a triplex? 

Hi - I just moved to Cleveland and am looking to buy a duplex, triplex, or quad in West Cleveland - Ohio City, Lakewood, Tremont, Edgewater, (maybe) Cudell or Old Brooklyn.

You need to do something soon, by the way because I would imagine Milwaukee is like Cleveland (Which is where most of my rentals are) in that you do NOT want to try to get renters from November through March because of the cold winter months.Either lower that rental price or.........you may not like this.......but advertise on GoSection8 for Section 8 tenants.

@Lane Cooper I house hacked with my duplex in Cleveland and I cannot recommend it enough.
