If you think about it, in our (USA) culture, you "haggle" or negotiate with vendors at flea markets and garage sales but you don't do that at Walmart or Target.

@Alex Hamilton this is a big disconnect in our society.. these folks or the majority of them the kids should be helping them not casting them aside... we could learn a lot from other cultures that do not have social welfare like we have..
