I need advise , I went to a weekend workshop to get involved in real estate investment as my retairment career.

I’ve even attended a couple of REI workshops to gain more knowledge.

there are a residential house and apartment/workshop on site.

We never added any actual value to the house besides taking good care of it and adding a large shed in the back which doubled as a workshop.

And does some wonderful workshops. 

Such as single families with workshops, larger than normal garages, bonus rooms, and other features that may not be included in any available comps?

Last Saturday my husband and I attended a free workshop on financial education.

Personally, I gained a lot when I was brand new by attending a day-long workshop and then a 5-day boot camp that were each reasonably priced.
