Hey everyone ! I'm new to wholesaling I sent out my first direct mail letters to houses that I saw while D4D! I have a spreadsheet set up with address, owner info, notes etc.
This house in particular that called back...

It's about 100 square feet including the entranceway, 6 steps and a landing. i have pictures but dont see an option to post it on here...Anyway, under the carpet there was a ridiculous amount of yellow glue, as if that carpet alone was holding the entire house together.

What EXACTLY are you putting on your yellow letters/ post cards? 

For example, the folks at YellowLetters.com and Yellow Letters Complete can both pull lead lists for you. 

I'm sending out a few hundred yellow letters to multiple neighborhoods about 15 minutes from where I live. 

The finished product was a white ceiling with yellow splotches throughout.I wasn’t ugly about firing them.

Good afternoon BP community,I began a yellow letter campaign in NYC about a month ago while waiting for my NY salesperson license application to go through.

The ideal situation would be i go out and find the deals through direct mail, yellow letters, ect.

If you're sending post cards, be mindful that you need to send at least 3,000 to get a decent number of workable leads. 1398 yellow letters are fine because their open rate will be much higher.
