Open houses and yard signs are strictly for agents to pick up "leads" and have virtually no effect on the sale of the house..

For example, did you establish your bring mainly website, social media presence, order business cards, virtual phone numbers etc or did you just jump out there? 

I was strongly considering getting a virtual assistant to pre qualify the leads and make cold calls.
