Chicago has a vibrant economy and not dependent solely on one big industry.

Both have strong, vibrant economies and offer very good returns.

The beaches, the mountains, rainforest, and all of the eco-systems that exist on the island are stunning.

So the wholesaler category is always largely left with dud seeds or runt sprouts...not a healthy ecosystem.

It is attractive in retirement due to the resources, vibrant environment, lower cost access to sports/ theatre, continuing education, etc.  

If one of the major selling points of a coaching program is a software ecosystem, then I expect to see reasonable real-time demonstrations of how the software works before I commit any money to that program.

I can do this because I have started my own club and grown into a large vibrant organization. 

Wholesaling is just another strategy in this vast ecosystem of REI.
