I was not in the least impressed when browsing through the pics of the nearest comps that sold.

Several of them have asked me outright if I was the landlord, and I evaded the question, but the impression I gave was that I'm not the landlord/owner.So here's my question: when it comes time to pay me, aren't they going to have to put my name on the check?

I was a serious buyer, but I got the impression he didn't take me serious.

In fact I personally don't even like the term "salesperson" for a real estate agent because it gives the wrong impression.
