I happened to stumble upon this website and am thrilled at the positive energy and sense of community that I have seen thus far.As far as I can tell, there is no REIA group on this side of the state.

During some researching I happened to stumble across BiggerPockets and have already listened to a few podcasts that were very interesting.I am not in a position to start doing flipping or rentals myself but until then, I would really like to help someone that is doing it and learn the ropes from them.Let me know if there is something I missed.

If you're stumbling over your words or your conversational flow is choppy because you're trying to read a script then you aren't giving the perception that you know what you're talking about and that you are truly a solution to the sellers problems.2. you don't sound trusting.

My name is John Heck and I stumbled upon this website while researching a popular mentor program that was highly debated here.  

My wife and I started our investing journey about 5 years ago and amazingly have just stumbled onto this site.

 :) I would write down a list and maybe a script to go through so you don't stumble as much.If you get a machine I'd definitely have a script written out to read saying basically that you are interested in buying a place.  

Naturally I stumbled across this community and have been reading all the advice y'all have provided.

I do feel like I got something out of it (besides stumbling upon this site), but if you have experience it might just be redundant.
