New member in South King County area, WA looking for a mentor

Hi,

I am in Federal Way, right on the border of Tacoma.

I don't have much experience in the real estate market but I have been interested in it for years. My interests are are both flipping houses and renting houses. During some researching I happened to stumble across BiggerPockets and have already listened to a few podcasts that were very interesting.

I am not in a position to start doing flipping or rentals myself but until then, I would really like to help someone that is doing it and learn the ropes from them.
