Hi Calvin, if is it listed with anyone, it may have a similar address and a realtor posted your address by mistake,This happened to me a few months ago whereby I own a condo in a community that has 3 building and I own A6, but they were trying to list C6 and only added 6 to the MLS listing lol.

I have found that I will need more networking to build the team necessary to make it a reality.

This is opposite of most developments, typically developers start with housing in the first phase so in later phases when they deliver the retail/commercial there are residents already there to help utilize those assets.Ask me anything about their plans.
