So far my only investments have been into stocks, where I have come to the conclusion that a passive investment approach suits me better.The concept of cashflows from real estate intrigues me greatly, so I have recently begun looking into entry-level resources.

He covers how a "pitch" doesn't have to be a distortion or manipulation of information, it can (and these days generally should be) just a transparent sharing of information that will help them reach the right conclusion (Landlord: "+$2400/yr + no routine maint expenses + no 2 AM phone calls + double security deposit?!

The conclusion I'm drawing is that people that seem to be doing this are buying properties that are less than $100,000 each and possibly way less, as in the $40,000-$50,000 range.Where I live in Texas, these types of properties don't really exist.
