There seem to be a lot of assumptions, though, and what is listed above is far too general to draw any real conclusions. 

So far my only investments have been into stocks, where I have come to the conclusion that a passive investment approach suits me better.The concept of cashflows from real estate intrigues me greatly, so I have recently begun looking into entry-level resources.

Greetings,I've been seriously looking at properties for the past few weeks now, and have come to the conclusion that my current RE agent is a bit too busy to focus on me.  

The conclusion I'm drawing is that people that seem to be doing this are buying properties that are less than $100,000 each and possibly way less, as in the $40,000-$50,000 range.Where I live in Texas, these types of properties don't really exist.
