I think it was a guest on the Flip Talk Podcast that mentioned they were using Bluetooth broadcasting units (called Asirvia Go) to find motivated sellers.

I've lived in this area for a long time - the only reason I have ever been in Decatur is for the Jack Allen Soccer Complex, which is a fabulous facility. 

I am hoping what I'm reading between the lines is that some agents aren't very good at real estate investing, just like my son's soccer coach was a horrible soccer player (I played with him in high school.)
