I am in my second year of being a Realtor for Keller Williams in Richmond , Virginia.  I would love to network with like minded people and be able to learn the in and outs of flipping and rental properties. My goal is to try for one flip a year and to own and manage 3 rental properties.  My daughter has special needs and this has drastically increased my interest in secondary dwelling units, independent living options, and creating a stable source of income for her once I pass on.  

I love doing renovation projects and hope to share some of my projects and get inspired from what others have done. I have a 16 ft high rock wall in my living room and love the freedom that home ownership brings.
