Generally speaking, I predict this doable but there is insufficient information here to determine if this is cost prohibitive.

But it is very doable. 

ErikManaging a few properties is doable, especially if you are in one of the units and the one you are moving from isn't far. 

@John Hamm I can’t speak to Cleveland but the Atlanta market right now is extremely competitive and prices have gotten insane, it’s doable but it might be worth looking at other medium sized cities around Georgia.

It's definitely a big shift but certainly doable for almost anyone :-)  I would recommend starting to find resources - I found Brandon Turner's book on Managing Rental Properties quite useful.

Currently the 75k would be tight, but doable to purchase both homes in the future with roughly 5-10% down and closing costs.
