I never even considered segmenting the buyers first so I can know who I'm looking for. 

@Joe Bertolino is right, with a segment so small, you want to give them the best quality mail piece you can.

@James WiseYes I think opportunities may still largely be open to that because so much cash is ready for acquisition and the distressed sellers are largely segmented.

I imagine you’d have some great insights on how people use spaces and we could offer some insights from the design/construction segment if that’s of value to you.

It’s a different approach than the one we take, but I think it caters to a similar market slice as other organic/sustainably grown foods (a big segment!).
