You are asking about a scam tax lien "trainings" and talking about a lien you already purchased in the same post? 

My IT background "scam" alarm is too high to do so myself, but their solicitation is usually an attractive rate compared with my usual rates so thought I would see what folks here thought. 

If you hit a dead end, call the Attorney General's Office or State's Attorney (not sure what they call it in NJ), and they will very quickly know if this is a scam, because if it is, you are not the first one to call in.

I don't want to get scammed..

Don't get me wrong I don't plan on doing anything to scam someone intentionally or anything  but California especially is super  lawsuit  happy!  

It's also used to advertise homes and properties for rent.However, Craigslist is also known for robberies and scams of personal items such as phones and gadgets.

Than is, in my opinion, one of the biggest guru scam artists n the business today.

I'm going on 2 years of reading, experimenting, and almost getting scammed, and I've learned a wee bit about REI. 

I hope I never use it, and the reason most think insurance is waste or scam is because 99% won't use it.
