Real estate development is a niche market with 1,000 things that can go wrong, but I will vouch for Cody Bjugan and the value of the Vestright training. 

For curb appeal, we did in-market training with the entire team gathering in the front yard at the curb of our homes and looking at the home from a prospective renter’s perspective.

I had zero training, read zero books, and didn't paid for any courses.Someone, miraculously, I was able to navigate it :-)

I am not sure if there is a website/service that does this for a fee or if there is some sort of course/training that can explain the things you need to look for.  

YET so apropos for anything guru or paid training in the real estate space or for that matter option trading or forex or whatever.Having been a back room vendor to a lot of these companies I saw it first hand..

Im absorbing all the knowledge the regional leaders and guests have to offer on zoom calls and trainings.

I would like to hire someone, or use a company who is already trained to fill the interim between me not doing the calls as often, and hiring someone full time.

I was trained by some of the best in the industry and local REO Brokers.
