Far too many parks just 'give' a resident in the park free space rent to keep an eye on things and do light maintenance with no 1099 reporting. 

The house is currently under management so I’d think they’d take care of getting top market rent but I think we all know that management companies can be hit or miss.

Guest reported that they saw him in the mirror?  

Does anyone hear have any experience with either of these companies? 

I imagine there is not much of a relationship with the turnkey service after the sale and I would deal with the PM and Loan company directly. 

I currently do Business Development for our property management company and work with all of the new owners and properties.

However, when I am unable to run screening reports due to this, we can push them to our "alternate screening".

I would look up NARPM and start with them..Below are some questions I would think would be a good starting point for you to see who really treats their company like a business or a hobby.

Also, there is a need in the marketplace for a co-living PM company that doesn't charge too high of rate. 

ANY company or developer that has to give you a free flight, hotel or car stay WELL AWAY... they have to do that for  a reason as they dont have a good reputation locally.Happy to advise for anyone wanting further UAE knowledge on real estate.
