You can also import into qgis, it's easy to learn, and draw geofences around the area you are interested in, then export to xls and mailmerge for your postcards.This way you own the list and do not have to pay per use, ie it is not seeded, and you can also see a lot patterns visually, ie hotspots, etc if you use a gis app. 

This is a great place to peruse, get ideas and post specific questions that a ton of informed and knowledgable people will see and potentially respond too. 

I mean right now I'm just perusing Zillow, but I need to get moving on things on a deeper level.

@Samuel Levin - I haven't really had time to post or peruse BP in quite a while, so you can credit your llc's name for being the motivation to post.  

I've been perusing the forums and listening to podcasts for some time now, but finally am taking the next step to get more serious about real estate investing and making my first post on the forums!

Again, slowly.Our preparations so far include, perusing BP, listening to BP podcasts, reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide, and reading Rich Dad Poor Dad (much to say about that one!).
