Hello all! I've been a long time subscriber to BP, but just finished my profile.

I'm currently a licensed PA Insurance Agent located just outside the Philadelphia area, and a lot of my business and clients are funneled to me through Realtors and mortgage brokers. I say currently, because I plan within the next 2-4 years to make REI a full time commitment, as my passive income grows to supplement at least 80% of my current earned income.

I am looking forward to gaining experience by receiving coaching/mentoring advice though the BP community, and taking a hands-on approach to REI. I created my company, Broker-Tov, LLC, and recently completed my first deal by purchasing a quadplex in a Phila suburb where I occupy one unit, and rent out the other three; I'm learning and growing as a Landlord, and Property Manager, both at the same time.

I truly have a passion for Real Estate investing; it involves dealing with people, networking, and analyzing numbers. I look forward to learning from, growing with, and helping other BP members.
