@Jeffrey Staszyour on it dude.... not sure if you saw this videobut look at the driveway to the right of our drive way .. you see that new concrete driveway we did that for the neighbor all for free.... talk about good will and someone might refer something and or at least they keep an eye on our house during construction they kind of take ownership right ??

If you are marketing the contract, but show the house you are actually marketing the house, and because you would collect a fee and you are doing it for another person it is Brokering, the area is a little gray but your actions make it back and white, its really hard to wholesale in WI and be 100% legal based on the terminology in the state statuteHere is what a Broker is defined as Per Wisconsin Statute:  (2)“Broker" means any person not excluded by sub.
