Port Charlotte is a pretty sleepy town now but it’s up and coming. It’s often the town buyers look to for less expensive homes compared to Punta Gorda or Cape Coral/Fort Myers. I showed buyers several homes there last month and they really liked it. That’s where they’re planning to buy.
