So, I stay out of any new MF deals for the foreseeable future.Of the deals I invested in 2021-22, at least one is heading for foreclosure and 3 more are getting close to the rate cap expiration that may trigger a foreclosure as well.

Anyway, if that is your number one criteria it seems like a lot of CA residents head that way.

Curious about a forum within the South Carolina forums for the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and perhaps Beaufort SC (all in County of Beaufort).

The numbers seem to check out, but there still a lot to consider that’s over my head… What would you do in my situation?

@Travis TimmonsI feel like there's an entire thread's worth of discussion around buyers who in 2021/2022 said, "I'll wait for it to cool down" and now are shaking their heads in disappointment.

., Anyone that knows of me here, knows I find DMM stupid, illogical ridiculous and anyone that does it is in my opinion not using their head, brains or intelligence...BUT... to each their own right?
