Hi Felicia, I would highly endorse @Andrew Davis as an investor friendly realtor.  

I have converted a regular IRA to a Roth IRA and you can do a partial.I would recommend looking into notes to as a potential income / cashflow investment.I don't think I am supposed endorse an outside company on the thread but will say that I have been very happy with my IRA company, PM me if you want their contact info.

@Dion DePaoli  in the day and I know I am a dinosaur but we sold notes with an endorsement on the back that simply said with recourse.. which means if it went bad the buyer of note could recourse against us.. which would include paying it off in cash  replacement or if we could not pay they would sue us.. 

For example, Vandalism & Malicious Mischief is an endorsement (add-on) with many DP1 insurance policies, and is not always automatically included.

Guys - if his email (a gmail account) is saying “wonderful opportunity brought by biggerpockets.com”, Mindy + Scott are saying BP doesn’t endorse this, and there is money being asked upfront, it is very likely this is not legitimate.

Try never make it a permanent part of the public record because adobe photo-shop can be your worst enemy.Look up the laws of assignments, transfers and sale of negotiable instruments in your part of the world and also endorsements in accordance to the uniform commercial code.
