welcome @jacqueline jordan. i too started off as a young realestate apprentice but doing painting, sheetrock, mowing grass, scrubbing carpets, etc for my dads two rental homes, lol. however a good education and foundation of the business side like you will learn here is priceless. and thanks @belinda lopez for the discount rich club code. i will be there for the first time this thurs.

Yes, it might have cost $100 or so for heat and wasted water over the week that the home was vacant but my bill for the plumber was $750, not to mention the sheetrock repair and carpet cleaning.He said that just shutting off the water would not have prevented the issue because there would still have been water sitting in the pipes, waiting to freeze.

A pipe didnt freeze , a 1/2 inch sweat joint came apart , I just spent the last 4 hours with a rug doctor sucking water out of the carpet , and now have 4 large blowers going .
