Reading posts in this thread is very inspiring...I am brand new to this world...and want to move to the 10% who actually take action!  

I mainly wanted to hear other people's first investment stories so I could get some inspiration. :) This site and the forums have taught me a lot already but I have some more I need to learn!

As an inspiring real estate investor, I would love to hear from some successful investors.

There will always be ups and downs but I now know I will get through and in my personal life I will be happy.Every time I've been knocked down those words always inspire me. 

ALL OF THOSE ARE ILLEGAL but in my opinion probably more likely to happen in the situation posted above...I am curious however to what the answer is @Dave Salcido or atleast the answer you had in mind when you posted i know you said something with same title equity share etc... leaving out the detail to inspire creative thinking but for some reason my creative thinking is just leading to the owner not cooperating or willing to save there credit if they can't manage the payments anyways... or was this just a trick question and my answer is the one your looking for?

I made a "we buy houses video" that has a logo, can be uploaded to youtube and can be imbedded on your website.

@Neal Downey the first will be a 2 hr session and then sell you a 3 day seminar for 200 for 2 people, if you are looking for inspiration, enough info to make you dangerous and looking to spend 35k you will find it there.

.)- And many more...I am not necessarily richer than before I invested in RE but I'd say my life is somewhat richer...I am never bored.Please send me a message if like me, your parents are source of inspiration and if your love for real estate does not get tarnished by your "love" for bed bugs and dealing with ignorant lenders...

I really enjoy and have learned a ton listening to the podcasts, as well as gaining some inspiration!!
