Do you have any experience working with asphalt/concrete contactor to update apartment parking lots to bring them up to current ADA standards?

Anything else I can do online to maximize my time when I hit the pavement?

Attend the city meetings and get them to do the following:Have the city bury all of the overhead wiring (to do it's part to revitalize the area).Have the city jack hammer all of the quilt work patches and end of service life concrete walks and replace them with new to code modern concrete walks, as well as driveway aprons (to do it's part to revitalize the area).Have the city put in modern curb and gutter, and resurface all of the roads in the neighborhood in new dark black asphalt with nice new white painted lines. 

To be fair, my agent was working in residential and pivoted to commercial a few months ago (I am a "legacy" client so to speak) but you are right in the sense that he is not "pounding the pavements" to find properties.

Are you or your agent open to pounding the pavement?

For storage are there improvements beyond just the sheds like Asphalt a manager's home etc?

I'm not opposed to spending money on lead generation, an I know I will be beating the pavement hardcore until I can delegate (aka: pay for) work to get done, but I'd rather be the Tortoise not the Hare!

Rock/Gravel/Concrete/Asphalt; All of your competitors that are dual Self storage and Boat/RV have concrete or asphalt.

Some will have a minimum number of spaces and pavement requirements in the park.
